Osama Zyoud is a prominent figure in the Zarqa Governorate Council, serving as the Chairman of the Agriculture, Water, and Environment Committee. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Zarqa Chamber of Commerce and a board member of the Zarqa Governorate Farmers Union. Recognized as an expert agricultural extension specialist in olives (2021), he holds various academic qualifications, including:

- Master’s in Talent and Creativity from Balqa Applied University, Jordan.
- Bachelor’s in Agricultural Engineering from Baghdad University, Iraq.
Osama is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in agriculture with a focus on irrigation water, conducting research on innovative water technologies to enhance water use efficiency in horticultural crops (2021).
